职责描述: • Overnight Shift: 9pm - 5am Hong Kong Time 夜间轮班：香港时间晚上 9 点至凌晨 5 点 • Execute OTC derivatives hedging in major European and American markets, covering multiple assets of stocks, listed derivatives, FX, etc.; 在欧美主要市场执行场外衍生品对冲，涵盖股票、上市衍生品、外汇等多种资产 • Manage risks associated with derivatives positions, and optimize positions and trade flows to enhance business total return; 管理与衍生品头寸相关的风险，优化头寸和交易流以提高业务总回报 • Assist in reconciliation and verification of daily transactions and complete trade booking; 协助每日交易的对账和核实，完成交易簿记 • Manage front-to-back execution processes for trades in coordination with sales, structuring/trading, and support teams including but not limited to operation, market risk, compliance, IT and finance; 与销售、结构设计/交易以及支持团队（包括但不限于运营、市场风险、合规、IT 和财务）协调，管理交易的前端到后端执行流程 • Assist quants in the development of automated solutions tailored to trading desk daily tasks 协助量化研究员开发针对交易台日常任务的自动化解决方案 任职要求: • Robust technical knowledge of derivative products, combining with client facing and exceptional communication skills 具备丰富的衍生产品技术知识，同时具备面对客户的能力和出色的沟通技巧 • Taking proactive approach to identify and solve problems for building and developing infrastructure and processes 积极主动地发现和解决问题，建立和发展基础设施和流程 • Master degree or above in Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering or any related disciplines 硕士及以上学历，数学、计算机科学、金融工程或其他相关专业 • At least 2 years of experience in execution trading or principal trading, prior experience in OTC derivatives business is preferred 至少2年执行交易或本金交易经验，有场外衍生品业务经验者优先考虑 • Able to adapt to long-term overnight work 能够适应长期夜班工作 • With decent knowledge in at least one programming language (such as Python, C#, Java) 至少掌握一门编程语言（如 Python、C#、Java） • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) 熟练掌握英语和中文（普通话和粤话）的说写能力
